What this website collects, why, and what we do with it — in plain English.
We're a courier company, not a data company. We collect what we need to quote your delivery and get it where it's going — and not much else.

There are two places on this site where you can send us information: the quote request form on our Contact page, and the message bubble in the corner of every page.
The quote request form asks for:
The message bubble asks for your name, email address, and your message.
We ask for these things because we need them to quote and complete a delivery — a phone number so we can call you back, addresses so a driver knows where to go. We don't ask for anything we don't use. We never ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or bank account details through this website.
Both forms are processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, using their form service. Netlify stores the submission and forwards it to our business email so we can respond to you. Both forms also include a hidden anti-spam field to cut down on junk.
We use it to quote, schedule, and complete your delivery, and to stay in touch with you about it. If you become a regular customer, we keep enough on file to keep serving you without making you repeat yourself every time.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We don't hand it to advertisers or data brokers. The only people who see your delivery details are the people here who need them to do the job — generally whoever takes your call and the driver assigned to your delivery.
The one exception is the law: if we're served with a subpoena, court order, or similar legal demand, we may have to disclose information. We'd rather say that plainly than bury it.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use it — which pages get read, roughly where visitors are located, and whether people find what they came for.
To do that, Google sets cookies in your browser. The main ones are _ga and _ga_WE3W1361E4. They last up to two years and let Google recognize a returning browser, so that one person visiting three times isn't counted as three different people. Google may set related cookies as part of the same service.
What we actually look at is aggregate: totals, trends, and where traffic came from. We do not use Analytics to identify individual visitors, we have not connected it to advertising or remarketing, and we do not combine it with what you send us through the forms.

If you'd rather not be counted: Google publishes a browser add-on that turns Google Analytics off on every site you visit. Your browser settings also let you block or delete cookies. Blocking these won't break anything here — the site works exactly the same either way.
If you switch this site between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under mm-theme so the site remembers it next time. That stays on your device. It isn't a cookie, and it's never sent to us or to anyone else.
This site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted. No website can promise perfect security and we're not going to pretend otherwise — but we don't collect payment or financial information here, which keeps the stakes low.
If you want us to delete the personal information you've sent us, just ask. Call either office or send an email and we'll remove it from our records — apart from anything we're required to hold onto for tax or legal reasons.
Same goes if you simply want to know what we have on file. Ask and we'll tell you.
If we change how this site handles information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We won't make a quiet edit and hope nobody notices.
